salam hari minggu semua...haih busy sokmo sampai nak cuci mata blogwalking pon kojap2 jer!! abor jer la ;-0...tuntutan kehidupan!!....
oke...wiyah sebenarnya excited nak share...1st kueh/apam yang wiyah wat dalam hidup...mesti u oll terkejut kan...btol serius 1st kueh,,mak wiyah pon terkejut gak..eh pandai buat kueh..dgn nada perli ke beli neh!! fuhhh umur dah nak masuk 3 series baru nak belajar masak kueh bagai kan...takpe takpe at least masih ada minat nak belajar kan walopon da tua...belajar melalui internet jer...dunia serba canggih & moden!! nak attend class tak sempat coz slalu wat hari bekerja...
dah lama sangat teringin nak wat kueh apam nie... housemate wiyah yang perkenalkan,,planned nak wat kat umah sewa tapi last2 tak wat gak..takde masa!!...tapi semalam wiyah sahut cabaran diri sendiri...kalau tak buat bila lagi aku nak mula belajar wat kueh kan...pagi pergi beli bahan2 sume & balik cargas terus ke dapur & realisasikannya...wiyah refer full recepi refer kat blog SINI.....maaf yer wiyah ada alter cket2 resepi akak...
mempersembahkan APAM POLKADOT

Jom wiyah nak share recipe Apam Polkadot versi orang baru belajar
Bahan A:
-3 biji telur B
- 3/4 cawan gula halus
- 1sk ovallete
- 1sk esen vanila
Bahan B:
- 1/2 kotak kecil fresh milk
- 1 cawan tepung gandum + 1cawan tepung self raising
- 1sk baking powder
Cara-caranya :
1. campurkan semua bahan A & mesin sampai putih dan kembang [wiyah blender jer]
2. then masukkan bahan B sikit-sikit & mesin sampai likat
[ bila dah kembang & likat then boleh bahagikan ikut warna yang suka...macam kat bawah nie]
merah , purple & hijau
wiyah guna color favourite wiyah....perisa yam & pandan & strawberi
time ni...dah boleh panaskan periuk kukus...& buat macam proses buat kueh/apam
bila dah masak jadi la macam nie...
wiyah masukkan....blueberry & choclate filling
suami smile & surprised [ mesti tak caya coz wiyah macam main2 jer nak wat] ...bila dgr wiyah jerit dari dapur!! yes yes...alhamdulillah jadi [ tak sabar2 nak bukak tudung periuk kukus]...hehehe
1 adunan tadi dapat lebih kurang 60 biji apam ditolak2 dgn yang dah masuk ke mulut sambil mengukus..macam2 corak wiyah wat/lukis atas apam nie,,,anak buah duk mengira...eh ada smile la,,eh ada sad la..hehe aje je suka2 coz tau anak buah balik sume dis week dats y agak excited nak wat,,,pembakar semangat sebenarnya!!
siap untuk dibawa untuk merasai 1st kueh dari air tangan wiyah..untuk mak, ayah, kakak,adik & anak buah semua....masing2 tanya,,btol ke tak cik yah wat kueh nie,,??? macam tak caya jer..haha baru ko tau!!...[ayat berlagak ngan anak buah...hehe]...overall bagi komen yang membina...lebih bersemangat utk try resipi yang lain...
oke....daaa minggu depan nak balik umah mertua,,,hurm nak wat lagi lah...saja nak menggedik ngan mertua!! kehkeh,,,sebagai habuan... hari ni suami menghadiahkan Panasonic electric oven 35L...dasyat beli yang besar terus!! terima kasih suami...sebagai galakan untuk belajar wat cupcake & kueh raya nanti...next month bagi yang lain plak yer hikhik
